Big expectations for growth. Increasing competition. No Marketing Director and realistically a 6 month wait until one could be installed. Little recent research and no long term agency. It wasn’t exactly the perfect scenario for a new CEO.
Fortunately we were able to help stepping into an active advisory role.
We helped the team pull together and run a global research tender. This included evaluating responses and then the research’s implementation and interpretation, leading to the overall brand strategy.
From this we helped pull together a global creative agency pitch. We helped with the tender preparation, overall brief, helping raise awareness, the long listing and shortlisting from applicants and then running and evaluating the pitches.
We have also helped provide analysis and evaluation of various marketing initiatives.
